Following the education reform occurring worldwide, professional learning community has been seen as a crucial factor in changing teaching practice on site. However, empirical research failed to deal with multicollinearity under social context. This study examines effect of curriculum development policy and leadership teachers. Abstract This study explored the development of teacher leadership in collaborative online spaces, also called virtual communities practice (vCoP). Employing a phenomenological research design with semi-structured interviews as primary data collection method, participants were drawn from single vCoP. The findings underscored pivotal role vCoPs nurturing skills, facilitated by dynamic interplay agency and distributed leadership. Teacher empowers educators to proactively take control their learning journey within vCoPs, enabling them explore areas personal interest expertise, including knowledge sharing project initiation. Simultaneously, teachers assume roles vCoP, irrespective formal positions or seniority, involving activities such guiding discussions organizing professional development. harmonious collaboration between fosters inclusive environment where thrive.

This study investigated the leadership practices of semi-urban middle school leaders in China. A multi-site case was conducted using a qualitative research design, collecting data through interviews with principals, administrators, teachers, and parents, along document scanning, observations, field notes. Qualitative analysis revealed three distinct themes concerning contextual principals. The findings highlighted that these principals implemented identified varying ways, directly responding to their specific realities. This study explores the relationship between transformational style of primary education Principals and job satisfaction their teachers in Achaia region Greece.
