The relevance of virtual learning platforms has been increasingly recognised, and their merit in contributing to sustainable education is ever growing. While the impact of COVID-19 pandemic has affected both developing and developed countries, students from disadvantaged groups have suffered significantly. <p>Agilitas dalam dunia kerja merujuk pada kemampuan individu untuk beradaptasi dengan cepat terhadap perubahan, belajar dari pengalaman, dan menerapkan pengetahuan baru berbagai situasi. Pada konteks organisasi modern, agilitas menjadi sangat penting meningkatkan kinerja karyawan maupun secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh Etos Kerja Islami karyawan. Menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, melibatkan 166 responden rumah sakit yang dipilih menggunakan teknik <em>purposive sampling. </em>Data diambil skala <em>Islamic Work Ethic Scale</em> dikembangkan oleh Ali (1988) koefisien reliabilitas sebesar 0,957, <em>Workforce Agility Alavi (2016) 0,807. Analisis data uji regresi menunjukkan bahwa berkontribusi signifikan positif 49,3%. Hasil semakin tinggi dimiliki karyawan, pula mereka. memberikan kontribusi teoritis mengenai pentingnya organisasi, khususnya di sektor kesehatan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai budaya mereka.</p>

This study analyzes the Business Transformation Strategy for achieving sustainable corporate performance at PT Pupuk Indonesia (Tbk) using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Abstract Fresh-saline groundwater is distributed in a highly heterogeneous way throughout the world.
