This descriptive-correlational research design aimed to determine the significant relationships between e-work self-efficacy, digital competence and work engagement of teachers in secondary schools Philippines. The respondents study were 244 from public secondary two provinces. They were selected through Simple Random Sampling. was conducted via online forms. gathered data treated using statistical tools such as Mean, Standard Deviation, Pearson r, Hayes Process Multiple Linear Regression. results study suggest that enhancing self-efficacy competence may lead to increased engagement, which could ultimately lead better job performance satisfaction context remote work. moderation analyses revealed the respondents’ profile age, length service, academic rank significantly moderated relationship selfefficacy engagement. Abstract At a time when the population is aging and digital divide among older adults becoming increasingly prominent, research on smartphone use behavior of adult in China slightly insufficient. Therefore, this study aims to develop acceptance model for predict factors their behavioral intention smartphones. Using Stimulus-organism-response (SOR) theory as framework, planned theory, self-efficacy technology theoretical basis, employed mixed quantitative qualitative approach analyze data from 244 using structural equation modeling. The results show that anxiety, subjective norms, self-efficacy, perceived usefulness, facilitating conditions, ease had significant effects smartphones adults. In addition, usefulness was directly influenced by norms use, conditions significantly affect anxiety. Purpose The purposes of this study are fourfold: (1) to explore the state ICT competency framework for teachers in higher education, (2) identify general themes and trends publications, key publication resources, authors, affiliations countries domain teachers’ competence (3) investigate relationships among author keywords understand interconnectedness within research on education (4) thematic evolution better current situation future trends. This systematic review rigorously explores the reciprocal relationship between teacher leadership and self-efficacy across a range of educational cultural settings. Drawing on eleven peer-reviewed studies from 2013 to 2024 guided by PRISMA framework, analysis substantiates robust, bidirectional link: significantly bolsters self-efficacy, which, in turn, profoundly impacts practices outcomes. Rapid growth has been witnessed in digital technologies, resulting significant productive changes communication and information technology-oriented practices different fields. Hybrid teaching or blended learning gained progressively widespread acceptance the educational process, concerns about teachers' technology (ICT) competence have become prevalent. This study adopts a systematic review to interpret analyse relevant research findings, aiming systematically investigate existing models paradigms of ICT capacities understand further how these are applied specifically within context Chinese universities. Based on inclusion exclusion criteria, 12 out 801 candidate studies were accessed from Web Science, Scopus China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) databases.
