This
descriptive-correlational
research
design
aimed
to
determine
the
significant
relationships
between
e-work
self-efficacy,
digital
competence
and
work
engagement
of
teachers
in
secondary
schools
Philippines.

Abstract
At
a
time
when
the
population
is
aging
and
digital
divide
among
older
adults
becoming
increasingly
prominent,
research
on
smartphone
use
behavior
of
adult
in
China
slightly
insufficient.
Therefore,
this
study
aims
to
develop
acceptance
model
for
predict
factors
their
behavioral
intention
smartphones.
Using
Stimulus-organism-response
(SOR)
theory
as
framework,
planned
theory,
self-efficacy
technology
theoretical
basis,
employed
mixed
quantitative
qualitative
approach

from
