ABSTRACT Effective corporate governance is essential for aligning contributions with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Companies must embed SDG priorities into their strategies to balance social and financial objectives. This study examines how influences disclosures by publicly listed firms, focusing on prioritized areas. Grounded in stakeholder theory, it explores structures meet expectations, promoting transparency accountability reporting. The research highlights the urgency of integrating sustainability advance global efforts. A quantitative analysis utilized data from 2009 2020 annual reports firms Ghana Stock Exchange, supplemented secondary data. sample included 13 at least 12 years operation, totaling 156 firm‐year observations. Probit regression descriptive statistics were applied analysis. Findings reveal a limited impact contributions, older more likely engage Education health‐related SDGs dominate focus among contributing firms. recommends policies mandating environmental, social, (ESG) strengthen contributions. Policymakers could incentivize compliance through tax benefits or sustainability‐linked financing aligned SDGs. Capacity‐building programs leaders board members are also necessary integrate business strategies. In the era of digital economy, it has become an inevitable trend for manufacturing enterprises to establish industrial Internet platforms toward achieving transformation and innovative development. However, current development model is still imperfect, wherein application scenario complex, investment cost too high, return-on-investment cycle long, other factors have hindered willingness employ cloud services capital investment.
