Healthcare workers serving during the COVID-19 pandemic may have been exposed to high work overload, which had an impact on their physical, mental, and social health. The aim of this study was assess risk factors associated with psychological distress among healthcare from January 2020 December 2022.A systematic review conducted based PRISMA statement. Articles were searched in Pubmed, Scopus, Web Science, CINAHL, PsycINFO databases.A total 59 articles included review. It observed that prevalence high. Female sex, being a nurse, young, living alone/being single, having chronic disease or psychiatric disorder history are main at personal level. Other occupational pandemic-related such as many years experience, presence symptoms contact history, not enough sleep, lower family support limited relationships, fear infecting friends family, reduced perception protection by protective equipment, working frontline, longer service duration found be influencing development pandemic.There personal, interpersonal, organizational can lead occurrence staff pandemic.

Abstract Background Most studies in advanced care settings reported that the increasing workload increases work-life imbalance and harms mental health of workers. The COVID-19 Pandemic's tracing, testing, treatment, mass vaccination also have multiplied primary healthcare workers' workload. Nevertheless, on workers are scarce. This study aimed to investigate how COVID-19-related balance impact stress third years pandemic. Methods was a cross-sectional, web-based survey conducted Kediri Regency, Indonesia, with highest Omicron case surge worldwide. It right after between July August 2022, year pandemic hit Indonesia. Amaç: COVID-19 pandemisinde önemli görevler üstlenen birinci basamak çalışanlarında artan iş yükü, enfekte olma ve hastalığı yayma korkusu, hastalık hakkındaki belirsizlikler gibi nedenler ciddi psikolojik yük oluşturmuştur. Bu çalışmadaki amaç; toplumda derin izler bırakan pandeminin sağlık yarattığı stres, anksiyete depresyon düzeylerini, baş etme stillerini belirleyip ilişkili faktörleri incelemektir. Metot: Temmuz Eylül 2020 tarihleri arasında 316 aile hekimi sağlığı elemanına (ASE) sosyodemografik özellikler pandemi döneminde yaşanabilecek sorunlara dair sorular ile Hastane Anksiyete Depresyon Ölçeği (HADÖ), Başa Çıkma Stilleri Kısa Formu (BÇSÖ-KF) Olayların Etkisi Revize Formundan (OEÖ-R) oluşan bir online anket uygulanmıştır. Bulgular: Sağlık çalışanlarının %59,5’i (n=188) hekim, %49,7’si (n=157) kadın, meslekteki hizmet yılları 11,6±7,5 idi. Travmatik depresif belirti sıklığı sırasıyla %55,7 (n=176), %40,8 (n=129) %71,8 (n=227) stresin kadınlarda (p=0,001), evinde kronik hasta olanlarda (p=0,011), kişisel koruyucu ekipmana (KKE) kolay ulaşamadığını belirtenlerde (p<0,001), çalışırken kendini açısından güvende hissetmeyenlerde (p=0,007) daha yüksek olduğu tespit edilmiştir. ASE’lerin düzeyleri bulunmuştur (p=0,001). Hem hem de seviyeleri anlamlı düzeyde bulunanlarsa kadınlar (sırasıyla p<0,001 p=0,006), olanlar p=0,001 p=0,004), KKE’ye belirtenler p=0,002), hissetmeyenler (her iki p<0,001) adaptif maladaptif başa çıkma kadınların p=0,042); stilleri evlilerin fazla kullandıkları saptanmıştır p=0,030 p=0,032). Hekimlerde travmatik ASE’lere oranla %68 az görüldüğü (OR: 0,32 [%95 GA: 0,15-0,71], p=0,018); belirlenmiştir. Stres varlığının 2,74 1,38-5,45], p=0,004) 2,11 1,03-4,32], p=0,042) için risk faktörü saptanmıştır. Sonuç: Birinci etkileri düzenli izlenmesi çalışanlarına duygusal, ruhsal sosyal destek vermek uygun programların hayata geçirilmesi pandemilerde birincil öncelik olmalıdır.

COVID-19 pandemic caused a significant impact on healthcare workers' mental health and burnout, which continues after the pandemic. To assess levels of burnout in general practitioners (GP) Catalonia at three different times. Cross-sectional study involving members GPs' Catalan Society (n = 4700). A self-administered survey was sent via institutional email June-July 2021 (T1), March-April 2022 (T2), May-June 2023 (T3). Probable assessed through Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) test, with independent dimensions: emotional exhaustion, depersonalisation, personal achievement. descriptive analysis performed, as well comparison between T1, T2, T3 results. 500 GPs responded 454 386 T3. Samples were similar demographic variables. Regarding dimensions, level exhaustion 67.5% statistically decrease T2 (56.4 58.1%, respectively, p 0.001); depersonalisation 42.7% 37.0% 36.7% (p 0.091); achievement 29.9% 30.4% 24.2% 0.086). Abstract Healthcare workers (HCWs) were at high risk of experiencing psychological distress during COVID-19 pandemic. The objective this study was to evaluate the impact on HCWs’ mental health in a Spanish hospital. Cross-sectional HCW, active between May and June 2020. A web-based survey assessed probable current disorders (major depressive disorder [PHQ-8 ≥ 10], generalized anxiety [GAD-7 panic attacks, post-traumatic stress [PTSD; PLC-5 7], or substance use [CAGE-AID 2]). Sheehan Disability Scale (SDS) used assess severe impairment items taken from modified self‐report version Columbia Suicide Severity Rating (C‐SSRS) suicidal thoughts behaviors. total 870 HCWs completed survey. Most frequent major (33.6%), (25.5%), attacks (26.9%), PTSD (27.2%), (5.0%). Being female, having aged 18–29 years, being an auxiliary nurse, direct exposure COVID-19-infected patients, pre-pandemic lifetime positively associated with issues. Hospital presented prevalence symptoms disorders, especially depression, PTSD, anxiety. Younger individuals those have been more vulnerable them.

This cluster randomised clinical trial carried out in 20 primary care centres Barcelona was aimed at assessing the effect of a continuous intervention focused on C-reactive protein (CRP) rapid testing and training enhanced communication skills (ECS) antibiotic consumption for adults with acute cough due to lower respiratory tract infection (LRTI).
