Perception of Civil Society on the Curricular Integration of Media Competence: Challenges and Opportunities in Latin America

Pedagogical uses of ICT in Finnish and Chilean schools: A systematic review

Rapid technological developments have heightened global interest in pedagogically sound uses of information and communication technologies (ICTs) education. However, universal principles for ICT integration need to better align with the local realities teachers schools optimal uptake. Using Chile Finland as case studies, this research summarizes, appraises, synthesizes literature on teachers’ before during pandemic. Adopting a ‘glocal’ framework (Manca et al., 2021), study identifies trends uses, including potential shifts that carry implications both theory practice. A systematic review was conducted examine Finnish Chilean reported studies across five databases. The search limited peer-reviewed, English-language publications over thirteen-year period yielded 26 high-quality papers were analyzed using meta-aggregation. Prospective, Directional Associations Between Social Media Intensity and Loneliness in Adolescence

Qualitative Analyses of e-Learning Implementation and Hybrid Teaching during the COVID-19 Pandemic at Spanish Universities

During the COVID-19 pandemic over academic year 2020–2021, many universities and faculties had to deal with hybrid teaching by combining face-to-face virtual approaches. The main objective herein considered was analyze perceptions of students teachers from Spanish regarding how e-learning has actually been adopted before, during, after lockdown. We also wished know their opinions about usefulness applicability methodologies impacts on teaching–learning process in university context. A thematic analysis performed using three discussion groups (two made up four each, another comprising five management posts). Seventy-nine open questionnaires completed were analyzed. participants eight different universities: six public two private. obtained results revealed a preference for teaching, advantages offered closer interpersonal relationships stressed.
