Purpose:
Medication
non-adherence
is
the
most
prevalent
issue
within
adolescent
population,
where
often
times
patients
will
face
barriers
to
achieve
adherence.
This
article
sought
out
present
a
narrative
review
of
medication
adherence
identified
and
reported
in
organ
transplant
patients,
whilst
providing
potential
intervention
methods.
Method:
A
literature
was
conducted
using
databases
PubMed,
MasterFILE
Premier*,
Elsevier,
Google
Scholar.
The
articles
were
chosen
based
on
their
relativity
topic
interventions

ABSTRACT
Background
Life
with
end‐stage
organ
failure
is
accompanied
