Evaluating risks is essential for ensuring security preparedness from the perspective of technology and information management. The proposed project aims to develop an IT system grounded in risk analysis create a cybersecurity decision support model. In this study, public retail corporation with over 60 subsidiaries on-premises cloud-based ecosystem was examined. model focuses on reducing threats industry by acquiring optimal system. model, analyzed using eight steps OCTAVE Allegro method. Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) have emerged as a powerful tool for various pattern recognition tasks, including the detection of cyber-attacks in Industrial Control Systems (ICS). This paper presents CNN-based system specifically designed to safeguard ICS from sophisticated cyber threats. The proposed leverages capability CNNs automatically learn and extract high-level features raw data, enabling it identify anomalies indicative with high accuracy. Utilizing comprehensive cyber-attack dataset containing 59 different types attacks, is trained distinguish between normal malicious traffic effectively. Based on extensive dataset, this study demonstrates that achieves rate 98.5% false-positive 1.2%, significantly outperforming traditional methods. indicates system's ability accurately wide range attack types, while low ensures minimal disruption operations due incorrect alerts. These results underscore robustness reliability identifying subtle complex patterns. Moreover, adapt new attacks continues updated datasets, making scalable future-proof solution.
