The study investigated the experiences of elementary school parents in urban areas regarding their engagement children’s education. Employing a qualitative research approach, specifically adopting phenomenological design, it was conducted within selected public schools Davao City, utilizing in-depth interviews with 8 parents. Strict ethical protocols were adhered to throughout data collection process. findings, analyzed meticulously using thematic analysis, revealed that most common issues faced by included conflicting work schedules and inadequate communication teachers.
