This research aims to find out how principal's is improve teacher professional competence at Setih Setio 2 Vocational High School Muara Bungo. method used in this descriptive qualitative. data collection techniques were observation, interviews, documentation studies, Meanwhile, validity testing uses credibility conducting triangulation member checking. sources principal, deputy head curriculum, teachers results study reveal that good can make it easier holding regular meetings with teachers, always motivating competency-based training, maximizing class supervision, fulfilling needs for facilities infrastructure, especially those related learning.

The Effectiveness of The Ta'lim Program in Strengthening Islamic Religious Education for Students

This study aims to test the effectiveness of ta'lim program in strengthening Islamic religious education using a mixed method, combination quantitative and qualitative approaches. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. data collection this was questionnaire with population 665, taking sample 30 students. results explained that 18 questions on variable X were declared valid, Y, all valid. In Reliability Test, Cronbach's alpha Statistics 0.817 > 0.6 shows instrument reliable. There significant linear relationship between efficacy (X) (Y) obtained from significance value deviation linearity 0.203, which means greater than 0.05. show (Effectiveness program) affects Y (Strengthening Education) by 12%, other things outside influence additional 88%.
