Abdominal fat is increasingly linked to brain health. A total of 10,001 healthy participants were scanned on 1.5T MRI with a short whole-body MR imaging protocol. The goal of the 8th edition Clinical Practice Guidelines for Obesity is to help primary care physician provide safe, effective patients with obesity by offering evidence-based recommendations improve quality treatment. Sarcopenic obesity (SO) is characterized by the combination of sarcopenia and obesity.
