В статье на примере биофармацевтического сектора Аргентины проанализированы эффекты совместных исследований, проводимых академическим и промышленным секторами для увеличения результативности научной деятельности, коммерциализации знаний и повышения качества жизни общества. Особое внимание уделено социальным эффектам, которые пока сравнительно редко рассматриваются в литературе.
