Усиление внутренних и внешних вызовов последних лет стало стресс-тестом для российских инновационных компаний. Оценить их адаптационный потенциал готовность к продолжению инновационной деятельности в условиях кризиса позволяют агрегирование систематизация настроений ожиданий бизнес-сообщества изменения деловой среды. В расчет принимается набор из 47 факторов, объединенных 8 групп: рынки сбыта, конкурентная среда, материальная база, обеспеченность кадрами, доступность финансовых ресурсов, качество инфраструктуры, государственное регулирование общественная среда. Источником данных выступают результаты специализированного опроса руководителей 1 121 организации традиционного хайтека сферы услуг, проведенного январе–марте 2022 г. Установлено, что восприятие условий инноваций зон неэффективности среды слабо коррелирует со сферой значительной мере связано с реализуемыми моделями инновационного поведения. Наиболее пессимистичны своих оценках организации, не имеющие опыта создания инноваций. Ключевыми барьерами развития факторы качества государственного регулирования доступности внешнего финансирования. Полученные расширить представление об особенностях адаптации бизнеса внешним ограничениям сформулировать некоторые рекомендации политики.
