Static measures of continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) data, such as time spent in specific ranges (70-180 mg/dL or 70-140 mg/dL), do not fully capture the dynamic nature blood glucose, particularly subtle gradual deterioration glycemic control over individuals with early-stage type 1 diabetes. Develop a diabetes diagnostic tool based on 2 markers CGM dynamics: entropy rate (ER) and Poincaré plot (PP) ellipse area (S). A total 5754 daily profiles from 843 1, diabetes, healthy without islet autoantibody status were used to compute individual markers: ER (in bits per transition; BPT) probability matrices describing transitions between 8 states, S (mg2/dL2) PP ellipses using standard descriptors. The neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), a simple marker of systemic inflammation, is crucial in the progression cardiovascular diseases (CVD). Its predictive value for all-cause and mortality CVD patients with diabetes or pre-diabetes remains unclear. We analyzed 3,780 from National Health Nutrition Examination Survey (2001-2018). Kaplan-Meier survival curves, weighted Cox proportional hazards models, restricted cubic spline (RCS) analyses were used to assess relationship between NLR risk. RCS revealed U-shaped association mortality, an inflection point at 1.776. For < 1.776, risk decreased by 13% per unit increase (HR: 0.87, 95% CI: 0.76-0.98). ≥ increased 15% 1.15, 1.10-1.26). A positive linear was found 17% 1.17, 1.10-1.25). No significant interactions observed stratified analyses. Our study pre-diabetes.
