Early diagnosis of diseases would significantly increase the survival rate cancer patients. However, current screening methods are complex and costly, making them unsuitable for rapid health in daily life. Here, we develop a portable platform based on planar-gate graphene field-effect transistor functionalized with polydopamine self-assembled film (PDA-GFET), capable identifying colon through detection EpCAM protein, which is expressed cancer-derived exosomes, clinical samples within 10 min. The PDA gate surface enhances biosensor’s functionalization area while suppressing non-specific adsorption, thereby achieving limits as low 112 particles/mL. In addition, PDA-GFET-based was used to identify protein real from healthy individuals patients min, two showed significant differences (p < 0.001). Results indicate that proposed expected be potential tool early cancer.

Given the high degree of variability and complexity cancer, precise monitoring logical analysis different nucleic acid markers are crucial for improving diagnostic precision patient survival rates. However, existing molecular methods normally suffer from cost, cumbersome procedures, dependence on specialized equipment requirement in-depth expertise in data analysis, failing to analyze multiple cancer-associated provide immediate results a point-of-care manner. Herein, we demonstrate transistor-based DNA computing (TDMC) platform that enables simultaneous detection microRNA (miRNA) single transistor. TDMC can perform not only basic operations such as "AND" "OR", but also complex cascading computing, opening up new dimensions multi-index analysis. Owing efficiency, sensing computations multi-analytes be operated transistor at concentration low 2×10

Abstract Bioartificial livers have showcased significant value in the treatment of acute liver failure (ALF). Current efforts are directed toward overcoming challenges development microcarriers, with a specific emphasis on integrating higher‐density cells to enhance detoxification capabilities. Here, inspired by radial filtration model hepatic lobules, ion‐specific silk fibroin microcarriers proposed biomimetic niches for cultivating functional at high density. These generated capillary microfluidic device controllable adjustments ion type or concentration within aqueous phase. When human induced pluripotent stem cell ‐differentiated mature these recrystallized notably enhanced proliferation activity, as well increased metabolic and secretory functionality is observed.
