ABSTRACT Vehicles and electronics rely on detachable reusable hot‐melt adhesives, but they are hard to reach structural bonding strength date. In this work, a strategy reconciling cohesive energy adhesion force was developed overcome the trade‐off relation between bulk strength. Specifically, prepolymer of polytetrahydrofuran ether glycol (PTMEG) capped by isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) deliberately extended different content 4‐aminophenyl disulfide (AD) 3,4‐dihydroxybenzaldehyde (DBD), aiming at manipulating chain length thereafter aggregation state. It found that adhesive PU‐PAD1.4 has reached an ideal balance cohesion adhesion. This not only boasts high possesses re‐adhesion capabilities also demonstrates exceptional performance variety metal substrates, especially aluminum, where its reaches up 12.13 MPa. Moreover, self‐healing feature is particularly remarkable, as it can recover 98.28% original mechanical properties after being heated 80°C for just 30 min, which mainly due rapid reorganization hydrogen bonds. With outstanding toughness strength, PU‐PADx offers innovative solutions environmentally friendly high‐precision processing industries.

Dural injuries often result in severe complications such as cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leakage, intracranial infections, and brain herniation, which significantly impact patient recovery quality of life. Conventional dural repair materials, rely on suturing to peripheral tissues, fail promote tissue regeneration provide sufficient CSF leakage prevention, leading suboptimal outcomes. To address these limitations, we developed a Janus adhesive bio-patch with both antibacterial pro-angiogenic properties enhance dura mater repair. This consisted polyacrylic acid (PAA) gel layer loaded vancomycin magnesium carbonate (MgCO3), integrated onto small intestinal submucosa (SIS) extracellular matrix. It exhibited burst strength 20.50±2.89kPa, effectively sealing leaks, while demonstrating excellent efficacy (∼99%) significant enhanced angiogenesis (3.47-fold higher than the control). In rat, rabbit, dog injury models, adhered seamlessly site, successfully preventing leaks promoting regeneration. These results highlighted promising solution for improving neurosurgery, offering safer more effective alternative conventional techniques.

Flexible electronics have been rapidly advancing and garnered significant interest in monitoring physiological activities health conditions. However, flexible are prone to detachment humid environments, so developing human-friendly electronic devices that can effectively monitor human movement under various aquatic conditions function as electrodes remains a challenge. Here, we report strongly adherent, self-healing, swelling-resistant conductive hydrogel formed by combining the dual synergistic effects of hydrogen bonding dipole–dipole interactions. The has commendable linear operating range (∼200% strain, GF = 1.44), stability electrical signals for 200 cycles, excellent conductivity (2.18 S m–1), self-healing properties (∼30 min), durable underwater adhesion stability. be developed into sensor detecting motion signals, such joint flexion swallowing, well real-time communication using Morse code. Additionally, integration this polymer with low contact impedance facilitates real-time, high-fidelity detection electroencephalogram (EEG) serving electrode. It is believed our will good prospects future wearable electronics.

Abstract This study explores clean-label starch as a functional alternative to xanthan gum in food applications. The optimal blending ratio of ultrasound-treated rice and potato was found be 25:75, resulting product with enhanced stability viscosity similar gum. A mathematical model developed adjust the match at various concentrations shear rates, showing high predictive accuracy (R 2 = 0.988). then tested applications, including thickener tomato ketchup. In ketchup, samples added exhibited serum separation reduction those Overall, shows strong potential functional, gum, offering both economic nutritional benefits products.
