AbstractsExcessive consumption of nitrites can be harmful to human health. Therefore, the design novel electrocatalysts for efficient electrochemical quantification nitrite is important. In this paper, a magnetic metal-organic framework (Fe3O4@Au/MOF) was synthesised by self-assembly method, and vanadium-substituted tungsten phosphate (K7P2W17VO62-18H2O, P2W17V) Fe3O4@Au/MOF were loaded on glassy carbon electrodes layer-by-layer electrodeposition. Then, sensor based Fe3O4@Au/MOF-P2W17V nanocomposites prepared. Compared P2W17V, combination P2W17V not only eliminates nanoparticle aggregation, but also has large specific surface area, strong catalytic activity, good electrical conductivity. excellent properties such as faster electron transfer rate larger electrochemically active area in detection. Under optimal conditions, sensor's linear range detecting 0.1-100 mmol/L, with detection limit low 0.534 μmol/L.
