A comparative characteristics compounds using topographic maps fingerprints led isolation 48 kinds 54 compounds. Among them, esters (9 types), olefins (8 ketones alcohols (6 types) aldehydes were found be most abundant seeds. At same time, PCA models showed that esters, main volatiles causing among content various ZT2 ZT3 varieties higher than while types contents ZT1, ZM2 GN3 relatively low. Therefore, combination maturity each sample, finally divided into three categories, series basically classified category. Abstract Background and Aim: Acute allergic contact dermatitis is an inflammatory skin condition characterized by swollen, itchy lesions. This study aimed to evaluate the soothing wound-healing effects of fixed volatile oils Boswellia sarca, as well extracts Glycyrrhiza glabra Acacia nilotica, on acute in rats. Materials Methods: Phytochemical analysis revealed presence flavonoids, tannins, saponins, triterpenoids, alkaloids, cardiac glycosides nilotica and, extracts, with sarca showing a dominance oils. The included normal group six groups induced subcutaneous histamine injection. One served positive control without treatment, while five were treated topically at inflamed sites oils, glabra, alongside betamethasone standard treatment. evaluated through inspection, serum levels ICAM-1, LTB4, ILβ-4, histopathological immunohistochemical analyses. Results: GC/MS identified Incensole acetate (50.12%) (32.44%) major compounds BS oil, significant terpenoids components. Metabolomic profiling using LC-MS/MS highlighted diverse secondary metabolites including polyphenolic acids, amino showcasing their therapeutic potential. All topical treatments reduced ICAM-1 LTB4 varying degrees exhibited better results compared untreated group. Among treatments, Boswellia demonstrated most effective curative dermatitis. Conclusion: extract showed best against
