Background/Objectives: Recently, there has been great interest in metallopharmaceuticals as potential anticancer agents. In this context, presented studies aim to synthesize and evaluate of two copper(II) complexes derived from phthalazine- imidazoline-based ligands against on three human cancer cell lines: cervix epithelial line (HeLa), breast epithelial-like adenocarcinoma (MCF-7), triple–negative (MDA-MB-231), well non-tumorigenic (HDFa). Moreover their antimicrobial, antioxidant properties were assessed. Methods: The synthetized compounds—both free L1, L2, L3 C1 C2—were characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy. Additionally, a single-crystal X-ray diffraction we performed for ligand its complex C2. stability Cu(II)-complexes C2 was evaluated UV-Vis cytotoxic potency estimated HeLa, MCF-7, MDA-MB-231, non-cancerous HDFa use an MTT assay after 48 h incubation. Moreover, the antimicrobial activity L1 using reference strains following bacteria yeasts: Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Candida albicans. radical scavenging corresponding C1, tested with colorimetric methods—ABTS, DPPH, reduction ability (FRAP). ADME webtool used assess drug-likeness synthesized compounds, physicochemical pharmacokinetic properties. Results: Copper(II) exhibited antitumor towards MDA-MB-231 compared Cisplatin (cancer viability rate 23.6% vs. 22.5%). At concentration 200 μg/mL, less than normal, skin fibroblast According vitro tests, reduced cells about 57.5–81.2%. It evident that all compounds devoid antibacterial or antifungal activity. assays revealed moderate antiradical effect observed containing phthalazin-1(2H)-imine ABTS (IC50 = 23.63 µg/mL). Conclusions: most potent compound bearing phthalazin-1(2H)-one scaffold. None showed This feature seems be beneficial terms uses agents future. only phthalazin-1(2H)-imine.

The transition points in hexamethylphosphoramide are theoretically studied for a series of acid-base indicators. Three new indicators with multiple and deeply colored low-nucleophilic anions designed. A general basicity scale is established highly basic solutions, expanding beyond the strongest currently known molecular bases.
