Abstract The study’s primary objective is to advance the environmental management research field by examining relationship between corporate social responsibility (CSR), and financial performance while considering mediating effect of sustainable development green innovation. In addition, study also analyzes moderating innovation actions strategies. Employees in manufacturing sector Pakistan completed a self-administered survey. Data gathered from 497 employees was analyzed using structural analysis. results show that environment (CSREM), community (CSRCO), consumers (CSRCO) positively influences (EVP) (FP). Environmental (ESD) (GI) mediate CSR, environmental, firm performance. Coupling the practice-based view (PBV) of firms with dynamic capabilities theory (DCT), we assess effect Fintech adoption (FA) on organizational sustainability performance (SP) through circular economy practices (CEP). Additionally, this research examines moderating roles a firm's access to finance (AF) and absorptive capacity (AC) in interplays between constructs. Three hundred responses were collected from Bangladeshi manufacturing SMEs using structured questionnaire. We examined our conceptual model two-staged structural equation modeling-artificial neural network (SEM-ANN) approach. The empirical findings unveiled that significantly drives CEP SP acts as mediator FA linkage. Furthermore, also confirmed AF association impact AC association. Hence, scholarship adds pivotal insights extant literature by establishing multiple mediators moderators interplay firms' SP. Given paucity primary-data-based research, study addresses gaps Fintech, CE, yields crucial implications for practice.
