However, lack understanding knowledge about effectiveness its related technologies creates barrier. Therefore, current study fills this gap uses organizational information-processing theory theoretical framework examine metaverse-related (artificial intelligence blockchain technology—BCT) direct indirect effects on performance, which no other examined. Using purposive sampling, sample data from 326 SMEs were gathered analyzed using partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). This study’s findings revealed that AI capabilities are vital for information gathering, analyzing, decision-making context. BCT facilitates ensuring transparent, visible, traceable, immutable supply chain, helps make it more resilient improves closed-loop chain (CLSC) system with positive technological advancements significant increasing performance (SBP). help organizations understand potential benefits AI-enabled SMEs’ presence metaverse. We test whether firm sustainability positively affects access to bank credit. carry out a panel data analysis of 125 listed Italian SMEs across 14 regions over 2017–2021. A quantitative score comprising 20 items grouped into three areas, disclosure, processes, and governance, is computed determine the level implementation sustainable practices sampled SMEs. Results show that with more orientation have greater credit better ability pay cost debt. This, in turn, reinforces bank-SME relationships. contribute literature on SMEs, highlighting relationship between availability loans.

Purpose In recent years, “Corporate Social Responsibility” (CSR) has gained significant traction as a strategic concept embraced by business managers. However, there remains dearth of comprehensive research exploring the impact CSR on “Green Entrepreneurial Orientation” (GEO), firm’s sustainability performance, and their interplay with other influential factors. Therefore, this study aims to explore how CSR, “Policy Awareness” (PA), “Personal Innovativeness” (PI) influence GEO “Sustainable Performance” (SP). The also delves into understanding mediating role mediation is moderated Innovation” (GI). Design/methodology/approach Drawing from “natural resource-based view” (NRBV) theory employing “partial least square structural equation modeling” (PLS-SEM), analyzed sample 137 Indian manufacturing “micro, small, medium enterprises” (MSMEs). Findings results underscore positive associations PA both SP. Additionally, findings highlight moderating effects GI in enhancing firms' performance. analysis reveals that significantly contributes SP fostering adoption GEO.
