Abstract This research aimed to explore the effect of environmental sustainability and entrepreneurial orientations on performance greenhouses in Iran. It is a sort descriptive-correlational conducted by survey methodology. The data collection instrument was questionnaire whose validity checked panel entrepreneurship environment experts, its reliability estimated conducting pilot study calculating Cronbach’s alpha (α = 0.88–0.91). statistical population composed all greenhouse units Mahallat County Markazi province, Iran (N 405). sample size determined be 197 Krejcie Morgan’s table. independent variables included (including dimensions knowledge awareness, practices, commitment) orientation managers innovation, proactiveness, risk-taking), dependent variable increasing customers, sales, profitability). results structural equation modeling showed that were decisive factors greenhouses. Furthermore, had positive significant orientations.

Abstract Despite substantial efforts to examine the factors driving green supply chain management practices and environmental performance in emerging markets, roles of digital learning orientation transformation facilitating these are still not fully understood. Utilizing resource‐based view strategy, we investigated how impacts through practices, while also exploring moderating effect link. Our findings, based on data collected from 212 Vietnamese enterprises, indicate that has a positive impact which turn leads improved performance. Abstract The current existential global threat brought about by excessive carbon emissions caused employee activity in the workplace calls for actions of corporate environmental policy. Thus, this study investigated sequential mediating effects perceived behavioral control (PBC) and attitude between green human resource management (GHRM) behavior (EGB) on basis ability–motivation–opportunity (AMO) theory planned (TPB). Data were purposely collected using a quantitative approach from cross‐sectional 425 lecturers Malaysian public universities. Smart PLS‐SEM was utilized to investigate relationship variables. Findings confirmed GHRM PBC. Furthermore, results demonstrated strong positive PBC both EGB. In addition, link EGB found be significantly related. However, no significant For effect, findings showed that mediates attitude. Further, effect supported. Results also shed some light importance underlying mechanism employees' EGB, thereby providing implications regarding role AMO TPB. Future directions are discussed.
