This study explores the multifaceted impact of digital transformation and green initiatives on Vietnamese enterprises, explicitly focusing critical role managerial commitment to information technology. Digital transformation, a catalyst for reshaping operations, strategies, competitive dynamics, integrates technologies into various business aspects. The investigates key determinants impacting initiatives: technology infrastructure, commitment, intensity, employees' competencies, strategic orientation. The environment issue is currently receiving a lot of attention due to the trend economic development associated with environmental protection, especially in developing countries. Therefore, this study investigates relationships between corporate social responsibility (ESCR), green human resource management (GHRM), transformational leadership (GTL), and performance (EP) Vietnamese manufacturing companies. uses partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) analyze data from 168 managers who are working results show that ECSR positively impacts GHRM, GHRM EP. Abstract Interdisciplinary advancements, such as generative artificial intelligence (AI) and digital supply chains, can significantly contribute to achieving sustainable development goals (SDGs), particularly within tourism. This paper illuminates how it works well, focusing on the underexplored area of Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) performance small medium‐sized tourism enterprises (SMEs) in China. Through a survey 429 international SMEs, we apply Resource‐Based View Dynamic Capabilities Theory investigate AI, ChatGPT, chains enhance innovation, collaboration, and, ultimately, ESG performance.
