Seven
hydrophobic
deep
eutectic
solvents
(hDESs)
were
characterised
to
evaluate
their
potential
applicability
in
different
industries
and
environmental
impact.
Standard
physicochemical
properties

polarity
density
values
that

higher
for
thymol-based
hDESs
than
menthol-based
ones,
whereas
viscosity,

opposite.
