ABSTRACT Emerging evidence highlights certain long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) transcribed from or interacting with super‐enhancer (SE) regulatory elements. These lncRNAs, known as SE‐lncRNAs, are strongly linked to cancer and regulate progression through multiple interactions downstream targets. The expression of SE‐lncRNAs is controlled by various transcription factors (TFs), dysregulation these TFs can contribute development. In this review, we discuss the characteristics, classification subcellular distribution summarise role key in regulation SE‐lncRNAs. Moreover, examine distinct functions potential mechanisms progression.

Abstract Colorectal cancer (CRC) is a common with high mortality rates worldwide. Disulfidptosis an emerging mode of cell death. In this study, disulfidptosis-related lncRNAs were identified by screening and incorporated into prognostic model to predict the prognosis immunotherapy response colorectal (CRC), providing new effective guide for clinical decision making. Transcriptome data CRC patients normal controls obtained from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA). Pearson correlation, Cox least absolute shrinkage selection operator (LASSO) regression analyses used identify lncRNAs. A risk scoring was constructed, its predictive performance comprehensively validated. An accurate nomogram constructed prediction. Model reliability verified via principal component, survival receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analyses. GO analysis GSEA cellular pathways relevant model. Cardiovascular diseases (CVD) are widely recognized as a leading cause of death worldwide; however, early diagnosis and disease progression monitoring play crucial role in their clinical management. The common diagnostic prognostic biomarkers have represented revolutionary tool for studying CVD; applications limited to invasive irreversible heart diseases, such drug-induced myocardial injury. In light this information, growing number studies currently investigating the potential novel CVD biomarkers. Examples long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) other RNAs that specifically expressed at stages disease. These been reported be involved development via activating or inhibiting inflammatory mediators angiogenesis-related factors, well endothelial cell proliferation, migration phenotypic transformation. This review collectively summarizes recent studies' results concerning exosomal lncRNA biogenesis, characterization, function, its biomarker variety CVD.
