Abstract Wound management remains a critical challenge worldwide and imposes huge financial burden on every nation. Hydrogels are promising for biomedical applications because of their extracellular matrix (ECM) like structure, good biocompatibility multifunctional bioactivity. However, the poor mechanical properties inconvenient operation traditional hydrogels make it difficult to meet complex multifaceted needs clinical practice. In recent years, nanocomposites hydrogel with especially sprayable feature have shown enhanced facile operation, which enable value. A unique powerful nanocomposite (NCH) platform is developed by combining many advantages nanomaterials hydrogels, can achieve efficient trauma repair. This work reviews important advances preparation, functions NCH platforms. The challenges future trends in field aim providing researchers clarity past, present, emerging also proposed detail.

Abstract Resveratrol, a natural polyphenol in various plants, has gained significant attention for its potential health‐promoting properties. It been demonstrated, after reviewing clinical and vitro studies, that resveratrol possesses potent antioxidant potential. Resveratrol demonstrates cellular component protection by directly neutralizing free radicals (FRs) enhancing the expression of enzymes, thereby mitigating oxidative damage to proteins, lipids, nucleic acids. Clinical trials have shown promising results, indicating supplementation can enhance defenses reduce markers populations. In addition effects, exhibits anti‐inflammatory modulate key inflammatory pathways, such as nuclear factor‐kappa B (NF‐κB) mitogen‐activated protein kinases (MAPKs), suppressing production pro‐inflammatory cytokines chemokines. Furthermore, resveratrol's multimodal effects extend beyond discovered exert regulatory on processes, including apoptosis, cell cycle progression, angiogenesis, immunological responses. The primary aim this review paper is provide thorough overview current knowledge resveratrol, chemical composition, bioaccessibility, effectiveness, utilization nanotechnology bioavailability. From future perspectives, revising administration methods certain contexts understanding underlying systems responsible will require further inquiry. For highest health advanced trial‐based research necessary combinational nano‐delivery resveratrol.

This systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) sought to evaluate the effects quercetin on components (MetS) such as waist circumference (WC), systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic (DBP), fasting glucose (FBG), triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C). A literature search up December 2023 was completed in Scopus, PubMed, Embase, Web Science, identify eligible RCTs. Altogether, 20 studies with a total sample size 1,164 subjects were included analysis. pooled analysis showed that consumption led significant reduction FBG (WMD: −1.03 mg/dL; 95 % CI: −1.87 −0.19), SBP −1.96 mmHg; −3.11 −0.81). However, there no TG, HDL-C, WC, DBP. It found intake can decrease significantly without other MetS.

Objective: Vitamin D insufficiency is a major contributor to osteoporosis. This study aimed elucidate the mechanisms by which vitamin D-Sirt1/PGC1α axis regulates bone metabolism and counteracts osteoporosis induced active insufficiency. Mouse models including Sirt1 transgenic (Sirt1Tg), Cyp27b1+/- (active deficient), compound Sirt1TgCyp27b1+/- mice were utilized. Bone parameters assessed radiography, micro-CT, histology, immunohistochemistry. In vitro studies used marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (BM-MSCs). Gene protein expression analyzed RT-PCR Western blotting. Chromatin immunoprecipitation luciferase assays investigated transcriptional regulation. Effects of resveratrol supplementation examined. 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin (1,25(OH)2D) caused downregulation expression, leading accelerated loss. Overexpression in corrected loss inhibiting oxidative stress, DNA damage, osteocyte senescence senescence-associated secretory phenotype, promoting osteoblastic formation, reducing osteoclastic resorption. 1,25(OH)2D3 transcriptionally upregulated BM-MSCs through receptor binding gene promoter. Resveratrol, agonist, attenuated 1,25(OH)2D modulating Sirt1/PGC1α axis. interacted with deacetylated PGC1α, coactivator involved mitochondrial biogenesis energy metabolism. Deacetylated PGC1α mediated effects on osteogenesis, cellular BM-MSCs. elucidated critical role regulating counteracting The findings highlight potential this as therapeutic target for prevention treatment

This study aimed assess protective potential against molecular behavioral changes prenatal stress. During pregnancy, dams received 50 mg/kg BW/day orally. They underwent a movement restriction forty-five minutes, three times day, addition being exposed artificial light 24 h before delivery. The male offspring were left undisturbed until early adulthood, at which point they assessments, including open field test, elevated plus maze, forced swim test. Subsequently, euthanized, hippocampus prefrontal cortex extracted RT-qPCR analysis measure Bdnf mRNA expression. By weaning, results showed that led reduced weight gain and, increased these effects attenuated supplementation. findings suggest prevent modulating
