Osteosarcoma is a highly aggressive malignant bone tumor prone to metastasis, and its metastatic process one of the main reasons for treatment failure poor prognosis. Recent studies have demonstrated that modification m6A methylation plays an important role in osteosarcoma influencing both invasion metastasis through various signaling pathways. Therefore, clarification specific effects may reveal ways improve prognosis patients. The roles components involved been investigated, with focusing more on their than mechanisms. In this review, we focus interactions between "writers," "erasers," "readers" metastasis-related factors enhance understanding modification, aim identifying clinical diagnostic biomarkers potential therapeutic targets metastasis.
