Different types of HPV have been associated with cancer in humans, but the role esophageal (EC) is controversial. The purpose this study was to evaluate correlation between infection and EC Chinese population provide scientific basis for future prevention, control, early diagnosis, treatment strategies China.PCR detected 1112 tissue samples, 89 HPV-positive samples were by genotyping. Proximity ligation assays (PLAs) immunohistochemistry used detect expression E6 E7 proteins. This study introduces a novel methodology for classifying human papillomavirus (HPV) using colposcopy images, focusing on its potential in diagnosing cervical cancer, the second most prevalent malignancy among women globally. Addressing crucial gap literature, this highlights unexplored territory of HPV-based image diagnosis cancer. Emphasising suitability screening underdeveloped and low-income regions owing to small, cost-effective setup that eliminates need biopsy specimens, methodological framework includes robust dataset augmentation feature extraction EfficientNetB0 architecture.
