Jojoba wax is gaining popularity among cosmetics consumers for its skin wound healing and rejuvenation bioactivities, attributed to collagen hyaluronic acid synthesis. However, information regarding phytochemical composition quality parameters, as well effect of cultivation practices, fertilization in particular, on limited. The aim the current work was study nitrogen (N) availability jojoba plants beneficial skin-related contents. For this, from a six-year experiment with five N application levels evaluated. chemical parameters included antioxidant activity, free fatty acid, total tocopherol, phytosterol oxidative stability, alcohol profile. Our results reveal that majority traits were affected by level, either positively or negatively. Interestingly, while acids unaffected, significantly altered level. Additionally, fruit load also largely quality, and, due jojoba’s biennial alternate bearing cycles, harvest year all measured parameters. Results shed light effects various biochemical constituents wax, imply should be considered part entire agricultural management plan enhance quality. Some are suggested possible wax.

To enhance yield and produce high-quality olive products, it is crucial to implement accurate balanced fertilization programs. Like other crops, trees require the application of specific macro micronutrients in addition basic fertilization. This study aimed evaluate effects foliar fertilizer applications containing K as well N, K, Ca, B, fertilization, on quality parameters Gemlik (Olea europaea L. cv. Gemlik) variety, known for its high economic value use black table olives oil production, during two consecutive seasons 2021–2022. The research evaluated fruit yield, nutrient content (N, P, Na, Mg, Zn, Fe, Cu, Mn), quality. In traditional (NPK fertilizer), fertilizers B nutrients were applied before flowering after set. These organized using a randomized block design with three replicates, each consisting trees. results showed that applications, had significant impact parameters. Specifically, positively affected second year. Moreover, improved content, (K-232, K-270, peroxide, acidity, total phenol), composition (%). Therefore, recommended are similar periods under conditions. However, ensuring continuity an optimal management plan olive, perennial plant.
