Introduction: Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection has been a global public health issue. This study aimed to characterize nursing research on SARS-CoV-2. Methodology: Nursing-related publications through December 31, 2022, were identified using Scopus. The number of studies, types, countries, institutions, journals, authors, h-index, total confirmed cases, deaths, and the highest-cited studies investigated. Results: In total, 12,427 identified. increased rapidly, particularly between 2020 2021, with 2.36–fold increase. United States published most (3,289, 26.47%), followed by Kingdom (1,059, 8.52%) China (877, 7.06%). Scientific productivity significantly correlated cases (r = 0.701, p 0.024) deaths 0.804, 0.005). had highest h-index (80), (59), (57). Work-life imbalance has been a growing issue globally particularly among healthcare workers including nurses as they must maintain healthy work-life balance to deliver quality patient care-the primary objective of all organizations. Amaç: Bu araştırmanın amacı hemşirelerin ruh sağlığını geliştirme düzeyleri ve ilişkili faktörlerin incelenmesidir. Yöntem: Tanımlayıcı tipte olan bu araştırma bir vakıf üniversitesi hastanesinde çalışan 223 hemşire üzerinde gerçekleştirildi. Araştırma verileri “Hemşire Tanıtıcı Bilgi Formu” “Ruh Sağlığını Geliştirme Ölçeği” kullanılarak toplandı. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler bilgisayar ortamında SPSS 22.0 istatistik programı aracılığıyla değerlendirildi. Verilerin analizinde frekans, yüzde, ortalama, standart sapma, bağımsız gruplar t-testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi (Anova) post hoc (Tukey, LSD) analizleri kullanıldı. Bu araştırmanın amacı, çalışanların iş süreçlerinde meşru olmayan görevler (MOG) deneyimlerinin rol çatışması (RÇ) yaratıp yaratmadığını ve mesleki özdeşleşmeye (MÖ) olan etkilerini ayrıca politik becerinin (PB) aracılık etkisini görgül olarak incelemektir. doğrultuda, Türkiye’de Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı’na (MEB) bağlı devlet kadrosunda birçok ilde çalışan 521 öğretmenden veri toplanmıştır. Yapısal Eşitlik Modeli istatisksel analiz sonuçları; MOG’un her iki boyutundan Gereksiz Görevler (GG)’in özdeşleşmeyi olumsuz Mantıksız (MG)’in MÖ’yü olağan düzeyin de üzerinde pozitif yönde etkilediğini açığa çıkarmıştır. Sonuçlar, öğretmenlerin yaratan durumların meslekleri ile özdeşleşme düzeylerini daha da güçlendirdiğine işaret etmektedir. MG yaratırken becerilerinin bu etkiye ederek olumlu düzenlemektedir. Ayrıca hem GG MÖ arasında etkisi PB’nin durumda desteklediği ortaya çıkmıştır. ILUN ILUR'un RC oluşturmasına rağmen, ILT'nin boyutunun PI üzerindeki etkilerinin farklı olduğunu koymaktadır. İstatistik analizler sonucunda sadece RÇ bulunduğu seri etkisinin mevcut olduğu görülmüştür. Araştırmanın temel özgünlüğü MOG arasındaki ilişkide ilişkisinin ilk kez incelenerek çıkarılmasıdır. Literatürü destekleyen sonuçlar, kuramı SOS (benliğe saldırı stres) kuramları çerçevesinde katkı sunarken, pratik eğitimin niteliğini esenlik düzeyini güçlendirmek için okul müdürlerinin diğer eğitim politikasında alan yöneticilerin GG’lerin azaltılması doğrultusunda önlemler almaları gerektiğini vurgulamaktadır.
