Critical care nurses are vulnerable to depression, which not only lead poor well-being and increased turnover intention, but also affect their working performances organizational productivity as well. Work related factors important drivers of depressive symptoms. However, the non-liner multi-directional relationships between job demands-resources symptoms in critical has been adequately analyzed. Understanding these would be helpful for reducing increasing nurses' retain healthcare forces. This was a cross-sectional study using baseline data from Nurses' mental health (NMHS), prospective cohort on 67 tertiary hospitals 31 province-level administrative regions China. Only clinical ICU were included (n = 13,745). Data collected online questionnaires, analyzed network analysis structural equation model. ABSTRACT Shift work is a necessity for society that requires 24/7 services. However, working around the clock can cause misalignment with our sleep‐wake cycle, resulting in sleepiness, impaired cognition and poor health. Due to prevalence of shift within safety‐critical contexts, there need further understand causes consequences non‐typical on sleep, wellbeing, health safety, as well ways effectively reduce this risk.
