This study proposes a systematic methodology of the adoption Internet Things (IoT) barriers (IoTBs) that exist in waste management structures smart cities (SCs) growing economies likely India. A hybrid multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) is applied and has recognized 15 IoTBs from literature experts opinions obstructing IoT SCs The different are studied using similarity measure-based new weighting approach, combined compromise solution (CoCoSo) method. Considering Fermatean fuzzy sets (FFSs) can represent this uncertainty, paper framework for system solutions based on FFSs builds complete evaluation index system. Herein, we first combine Archimedean Copula operations term them as 'generalized operations' FFSs. Based these operations, develop generalized copula weighted averaging (FFGACWA) geometric (FFGACWG) operators. Then, construct decision algorithm FFWGAAC FFWGGAC Second, propose procedure measure to discuss significance degree IoTBs. Further, apply method selection cities' (SCWM) assignments, prove effectiveness information complex environment. It cannot only consider uncertainty decision-makers (DMEs) when giving value but also synthesize relationship between any numbers criteria. Finally, superiority discussed by sensitivity analysis comparative study. results show effectively handle problems environments. will assist representatives, stakeholders government know importance affecting processes, it certainly help take judgments exterminating an effective employment SCWM assignments.

In the theory of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy set (IVIFS), rating/grade an element is subset closed interval [0, 1], therefore IVIFS doctrine more useful for decision expert to present their judgments in terms intervals rather than crisp values. The work develops integrated decision-making methodology evaluating sustainable wastewater treatment technologies within context IVIFS. proposed framework divided into three stages. First, some Yager weighted aggregation operators and axioms are developed combine information. These can offer us a flexible way solve realistic multi-criteria problems under context. Second, extension Symmetry Point Criterion model introduced determine criteria weights environment. Third, alternative ranking order accounting two-step normalization (AROMAN) approach from IVIF information perspective. Next, practicability efficacy proven by implementing it on case study evaluation problem with multiple experts. Finally, comparative analysis discussed illustrate consistency robustness obtained outcomes.
