This study investigates the relationship between digital transformation and Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) performance in context of SMEs. Drawing upon Resource Orchestration Theory, this research proposes a theoretical model that examines direct effect on ESG mediating roles innovation capabilities servitization level relationship. PLS-SEM fsQCA were employed to analyze survey data from 215 SME executives. The results reveal positively influences performance. Moreover, partially mediate contributes literature by proposing validating comprehensive integrates these constructs, offering actionable insights for managers policymakers enhance outcomes through strategic initiatives. Notably, highlight three distinct configurations components leading high performance, providing nuanced pathways SMEs achieve sustainable development.

Small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) face complex systemic challenges in managing digital transformation while pursuing innovation an increasingly interconnected business environment. ABSTRACT This study examines sustainable tourism practices in the South Caucasus region (Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Georgia) through lens of United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). A scoping literature review was conducted, analyzing academic papers from Scopus Web Science databases.
