Nanomedical applications have increased significantly. This work aimed to fabricate and characterize cobalt oxide nanoparticles (CoOnps) synthesized biologically via aqueous Alhagi maurorum extract evaluate their cytotoxic antimicrobial impacts. Abstract The present study incorporated an environment‐friendly and cost‐efficient green synthesis method for fabricating zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO‐NPs) using various parts (leaves, buds, flowers) of Bauhinia Variegate Linn. UV‐Spectrophotometric analysis was used to confirm the ZnO‐NPs, which showed absorption band within 360–380 nm range. Further techniques like FT‐IR spectroscopy (SEM) scanning electron microscopy equipped with a novel EDX were also included synthesis, size, shape ZnO‐NPs. Results obtained by that phytochemicals in ethanolic extract successfully acted as capping agent. SEM micrographs confirmed irregularly shaped average size 70–80 nm. presence Zinc Oxygen peaks successful ZnO nanoparticles. radical scavenging (antioxidant) potential prepared evaluated DPPH assay. ZnO‐NPs from buds highest %RSA (86%) compared flowers (79%) leaves (76%). current findings versatile morphology all plant significant antioxidant potential, establishing use biological systems biomedical applications.
