As
a
new
micromanipulation
tool
with

advantages

light-driven
microrobots
have
wide

prospects

biomedical
fields
such

drug

Recently,

biocompatibility.
It

precisely
control
microrobot,

technology

targeted
application.
Therefore,
this
paper
