As the clinical prevalence of antibiotic-resistant bacteria rises, effectiveness antibacterial drugs has been greatly reduced, hence, it is essential to create novel materials for combating bacterial infections. In recent years, antimicrobial peptides (AMPs) have demonstrated significant promise in addressing infections caused by bacteria, but as a natural product, they are limited terms activity and stability, cannot exert their full effect. The conjugation peptide-based biomaterials makes up this shortcoming, also improved, which lays foundation its application.
