The research objective of this paper is to advance knowledge about the role artificial intelligence (AI) in complex problem-solving. A problem due large number highly inter-connected variables affecting state. Complex problem-solving situations often change decremental or worsen, forcing a solver act immediately, under considerable time pressure. While findings support assumption that (1) affective, (2) (meta-)cognitive, and (3) social processes problem-solving, opportunities AI for supporting need be further investigated. This article presents scoping review relevant literature from last five years. study included, N = 38 studies coding analysis. Our show addition increased publications, current trend suggests quality published work. Human-AI collaboration has been explored across broad variety application domains. However, four dimensions – namely, cognitive, metacognitive, affective - have augmented by different extent. Although most work done cognitive domain, it encouraging see progress as well. Implications future practice are being discussed.

An effective application these technologies increases productivity performance within complex systems. On one side, trends show lack appeal for rural environments people prefer to move cities, looking better opportunities lifestyles. the other recent studies reports attractiveness areas places with increasing. Sustainable solutions are needed enhance development in context, technological innovation expected lead support stability organizations regions. While City progressively becoming reality successful model integrating into aspects everyday life, its context according Development approach not yet completely defined. This study adopts comparative categorial content analysis address specific characteristics regions, which often present significant peculiarities depending on country context. The main goal investigate discuss how may be adopted effectively applied contexts, at major gaps challenges. Reducing atmospheric emissions through the introduction of circular economy principles is one current tasks sustainable regional development. The purpose this research to study impact actions taken by Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V. (KPO) reduce air pollution, and, based on this, evaluate potential forming a in biggest regions Kazakhstan which KPO operating. pollution region related oil and gas production activities company. This was conducted using econometric modeling statistical comparative analyses. study’s value lies its interdisciplinary approach, made it possible combine environmental economic criteria for development with features waste management technologies within industry. Studying analyzing period from 2012 2022 construct matrix restorative region. A model formation proposed, innovations, investments protection, use best available reinjecting into reservoir, increasing energy efficiency, recycling waste, resulted significant (2.2 times) reduction amount According forecast (2024–2028), determined that, case maintaining certain independent indicators’ dynamics development, level could be reduced two times. results work prove that further studies problems associated reducing framework are quite promising. The Russian Arctic development is an investment direction, which planned through a system of so-called “support zones” various degrees, it priority for Russia and can have positive effect. Since integrated territorial associated with significant cargo flows raw materials, materials goods, logistics chains will include transport modes, lead to the infrastructure (including construction reconstruction seaports, network railways roads expansion) emergence new international corridors (ITCs). A scientifically based solution problems constructing delivery route, including location transshipment points, terminals rolling stock selection, ensure sustainable territories ITCs pass. However, these tasks, constitute activity organizing multimodal transportation, are types risks, successful which, in this case, depends on territories. Therefore, research objective establish relationship between networks region, designation possible prospects both transportation as whole strategic event, contribution each kind transport, well risks creating using corridors, cumulative impact environment. As result literature analysis, we considered causes consequences improper planning supply infrastructure, then indicated role We built tree order systematize risk situations identify root consequences. method calculating time proposed, taking into account multimodality measures that help reduce risks.

In decision support tasks, one often has to deal with uncertainty due fuzzy judgments of the maker or expert. This paper proposes methods that allow you rank alternatives based on evaluations. is achieved by using weighted summation, implication, a computation graph showing criteria, and dominance alternatives. If criteria have equal importance, then graphs corresponding each are used. An algorithm used for both transition from ranking proposed. idea constructing Kemeny medians other concordant rankings at given confidence level in existence arcs. Computational experiments shown performance these approaches. It reasonable apply them problems require complex expert evaluations large number criteria.
