The concept of digital competences incorporates the effective use constantly-changing tools and media for learning performing tasks, behaviours (such as online communication, teamwork, ethical sharing information), well mindsets that value lifelong development. current pandemic crisis has accelerated need to diagnose understand more systematically Higher Education students’ way in which they shape academic performance outcomes. This empirical study explores students, studying Law related courses, by means a self-assessment survey tool, been previously tested with information library science was developed technology mastery (i.e. abilities, competences, capabilities skills required using technology, tools) their citizenship (consisting attitudes necessary develop critical, reflective learners). found age demographic differences, presented significant correlations pointing presence diverse levels student group. Interrelation of Stress Resistance and Sovereignty of the Psychological Space of the Person in Students with Disabilities and Limited Health Opportunities

The study involved 61 students aged 20 to 23 years, including boys and 38 girls belonging different nosological groups (hearing disorders, speech disorders of the musculoskeletal system). questionnaire “Sovereignty psychological space” (S.K.
