Biopesticides are increasingly applied throughout Egypt.However, negative effects of these compounds on the honey bee (Apis mellifera L.), most important pollinator for cultivated ecosystem, remained poorly investigated.The objective our study was to evaluate potential side five biopesticides; bioarch (Bacillus megaterium), biofly (Beauveria bassiana), biozed (Trichoderma album), protikto BTK thuringiensis kurstaki), and spintor (spinosad) mortality acetylcholinesterase activity workers.The treated workers determined after 24 h application, lethal concentrations that caused 50% mortalities (LC50) were estimated.The impacts (AChE) in vivo 48 head, thorax abdomen surviving bees.Our results indicated spinosad showed toxic action adult with LC50 11.60 mg L -1 followed by 114.12 , lower degrees toxicity obtained (LC50 = 87,412 ), 49,766 ) 15,785 ).In addition, all tested biopesticides various inhibition AchE (after application) body region concentration.On contrary, there different activation AChE application biopesticides, except bioarch, inhibitions activities obtained.

In Africa, the use of poor and unhygienic methods for animal milking milk processing that leads to spoilage by microbes affects production dairy products, especially in small scale local plants. This study was conducted analyze quality safety raw collected from six different towns Kwami government area Gombe State, Nigeria. The samples were serially diluted using ten-fold dilution used aliquot 1 ml inoculate appropriate media pour plate technique. total viable count bacteria CFU/ml on agar (PCA) highest sample E U/Anchau with an average 3.8x104 CFU/ml, followed 3.0x104 B (Dirri), then 2.8x104 D Burakosuma, 2.5x104 F Dun urji, 2.3x104 C Zanbe least A at Bele as 1.8x104 CFU/ml. Five (5) bacterial species public health importance isolated identified biochemical tests namely; Enterobacter sp., Yersinia enterocolitica, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus Salmonella sp.. Out organisms isolated, sp. had occurrence 93% (n=280), enterocolitica 90% (n=270), E. coli 70% (n=210), S. 57% (n=170), finally 23% (n=70). Based microbiological outcomes, preventive measures focus training farmers employees improvement hygiene chain should be defined.
