Research background: This article discusses how artificial intelligence (AI) is affecting workers' personal and professional lives, because of many technological disruptions driven by the recent pandemic that are redefining global labor markets. Purpose article: The objective this paper to develop a systematic review relevant literature identify effects change, especially adoption AI in organizations, on employees’ skills (professional dimension) well-being (personal dimension). Methods: To implement research scope, authors relied Khan's five-step methodology, which included PRISMA flowchart with embedded keywords for selecting appropriate quantitative data study. Firstly, 639 scientific papers published between March 2020 2023 (the end COVID-19 according WHO) from Scopus Web Science (WoS) databases were selected. After applying procedures techniques, 103 articles retained, focused dimension, while 35 component. Findings & value added: Evidence has been presented highlighting difficulties associated ongoing requirement upskilling or reskilling as an adaptive reaction changes. efforts counterbalance skill mismatch impacted employees' challenging times. Although emphasis digital widely accepted, our investigation shows topic still not properly developed. paper's most significant contributions found thorough analysis affects well-being, representative aspects researched academic due paradigm changes generated continuous disruptions.

Abstract The rise of emotional AI signals a new era in human-machine relations where intelligent machines not only feel but also feed on human emotions as statistical fodder with the goal reshaping our behavior. Unlike many smart technologies, emotion-recognition systems sense, monitor, harvest and analyze data extracted from person’s non-conscious or psycho-physical state, often without their knowledge consent. As far more invasive manner surveillance capitalism, technological adoption is problematized by myriad legal, ethical, cultural, scientific issues. To better understand behavioral factors determining an individual’s attitude towards this emerging technology, we first identify five major tensions that may impinge adoption. Second, extend Technological Acceptance Model (TAM) (Davis, 1989) model insights mindsponge information filtering (Vuong Napier, 2015) along quantitative affordances offered Bayesian computational approach. Our analysis was conducted based multi-national dataset surveying perceptions 1015 young adults (age 18–27) regarding applications socio-cultural characteristics such income, region, religiosity, home country politics. These are fed into multi-level models varying intercepts so can systematically measure compare effects various determinants attitudes respondents harvesting government private sector actors. Critically, study finds who familiar with, perceive utilities well rate themselves restrained heated arguments social media, less threatened practice both findings offer fertile platform for further exploration intersection between psychology, culture, technologies important policymakers wishing to ensure design regulation technology serve best interests society.

Abstract In an increasingly digital and interconnected world, the integration of advanced technologies such as robotics, artificial intelligence (AI), service automation has become pivotal for shaping future various industries, including tourism. The paper investigates complex relationship between three independent variables: (robotic adoption, AI adoption) dependent (social sustainability, economic environmental sustainability). Employing a quantitative research approach, study gathered data from 608 randomly selected tourism supply chain stakeholders using Krejcie Morgan table to determine sample size. Data collection was facilitated through Google Forms questionnaires, analysis relied on structural equation modeling. statistical findings highlight positive direct significant relationships among these variables, evidenced by t ‐statistic values surpassing threshold 1.96. These ranged minimum 2.156 maximum 10.083. results suggest that strategically integrating technologies, businesses policymakers in Zimbabwe can enhance tourist experience, industry's long‐term viability its impact society, economy, environment. This study's outcomes provide compelling foundation informed decision‐making development targeted strategies aimed at advancing sustainability objectives within Zimbabwean landscape.
