Salinity is one of the outstanding abiotic stress conditions that a significant part world faces. In recent years, beneficial microorganisms started to be utilized in plants overcome several factors, including salinity. The effects arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) mixture on growth and enzymatic responses basil under salt were investigated using saline doses 0 mM (Control), 150 mM, 300 mM. Results showed AMF enhanced all parameters, but only leaf number was statistically significant. However, antioxidant enzymes, such as ascorbate peroxidase (APX) by 25%, catalase (CAT) superoxide dismutase (SOD) 5%, significantly enhanced. At same time, accumulation oxidative like hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) malondialdehyde (MDA), reduced, from 12.05 μmol g−1 fw (control) 11.17 14.29 10.74 fw, respectively. also alleviated chlorophyll loss caused increasing doses. Multivariate analyses revealed co-occurrence metabolism enzymes well proximate effect inoculation yield activity. As result, considered an appropriate tool for reducing both stress-free conditions.

Grape marc is a by-product resulting from the winemaking industry that still contains beneficial compounds can be valorized. SPF estimated vitro COLIPA method showed values 14.07 1.50 11.46 1.32 for aqueous extracts, respectively, when working cream ratio 1/1 (w/w). Turkey is the leading producer and exporter of hazelnuts, producing approximately 64% global hazelnut production. This research investigated effects cultivars altitude on phenolic, antioxidant, fatty acid compositions five grown at three different altitudes, 100 m, 350 800 in Ordu province, one territories that produce most hazelnuts. The results showed cultivar location significantly affected phenolic compounds, antioxidant activity, (FA) content. lowest (2.30 mg/kg-Yağlı) highest (21.11 mg/kg-Kara) gallic acids were obtained m. total content activity found nuts m Kara Palaz cultivars, Yağlı Sivri Çakıldak cultivar.
