The

Night
work
exists
for
the
publicâs
convenience
and
interest,
owing
to
unstoppable
nature
of
industries
benefits
it
has
companies.
Approximately
10.2â14.5%
workers
in
Republic
Korea
approximately
20%
worldwide
at
night.
These
are
an
increased
risk

health
problems,
including
sleep
disorders,
cerebrovascular
disease,
digestive
system
metabolic
syndrome,
fatigue,
accidents,
cancer,
irregular
menstrual
cycles,
depression,
mental
illness.
In
this
study,
we
reviewed
Korean
governmentâs
legal
guidelines
protect
night
workersâ
health.

restrictions
on
working
hours,
allowances

special
checkups,
compensation
work-related
diseases,
active
promotion
measures.

adapt

social

Abstract
Mental
health
problems
in
nurses

prevalent

Abstract
Background
Menstrual
cycle
characteristics
