Abstract Background Menstrual disturbances harm women’s health, and general well-being. As growing evidence highlights the relationship between sleep menstrual disturbances, it is imperative to comprehensively examine association disturbance considering multiple dimensions of sleep. This systematic review aims identify by evaluating using Buysse’s health framework. Shift work nurses experience multiple health problems due to irregular shifts and heavy job demands. However, the comorbidity patterns of nurses’ association between turnover intention have rarely been studied. This study aimed identify cluster shift reveal associations intention. In this cross-sectional study, we analyzed data from 500 who worked at two tertiary hospitals in Seoul, South Korea. Data, including nine types issues, were collected March 2018 April 2019. Hierarchical clustering ordinal logistic regressions used for analysis. Among participants, 22.2% expressed mean number was 4.5 (range 0–9). Using analysis, it shown that sleep disturbance, depression, fatigue, a gastrointestinal disorder, leg or foot discomfort as single problem significantly increased After problems, four clusters identified only neuropsychological cluster—sleep depression—significantly We propose within must receive close attention be addressed simultaneously decrease nurse’s intentions.

Abstract Background Menstrual cycle characteristics are linked to reproductive function and long-term health outcomes. This study aimed evaluate menstrual patterns, characterized by regularity length, associated factors among women in the Korea Nurses’ Health Study. Methods A total of 9335 premenopausal aged 22–45 years were included this cross-sectional study. Regularity length cycles self-reported, their associations with reproductive, lifestyle, occupational examined using binomial multinomial logistic regression models. Adjusted least-square means distress, depressive symptoms, stress, fatigue, anxiety, sleep problems estimated according generalized linear Results Twenty-one percent nurses reported having irregular (variability > 7 days). Ten percent, 64%, 26% had < 26, 26–31, 32–50 days, respectively. Variability decreased age increased at menarche. Parous showed low tendency cycles. Women body mass index (BMI) 25 kg/m 2 higher odds (odds ratio [OR] 1.68; 95% confidence interval [CI] 1.40–2.03) long (OR 1.31; CI 1.08–1.58) than those BMI 18.5– 23 . Irregular less common performing vigorous physical activity, but more prolonged standing or frequent heavy lifting work. Frequent rotating night shift was nulliparous women. Levels premenstrual perceived mental regular ( p 0.001, each). Conclusions The suggests that factors; also distress status. Our findings contribute a better understanding potential risk for dysfunction, thus, may help improve women’s health.

Living habits affect female endocrine function and fertility, along with aging other life factors. Because of this, reproductive health can be promoted through living habit adjustment. We used two-sample Mendelian randomization analysis summary datasets from a genome-wide association study to investigate the causal relationships between sleep traits, sedentary leisure behavior, physical activity, traits in women, calculating odds ratios (ORs) 95% confidence intervals (CIs). Exposure genetic instruments were for variants that significantly related traits. The inverse-variance weighted (IVW) method was main analysis, we also performed MR-Egger median analyses supplement sensitivity test. Horizontal pleiotropy detected using MRE intercept MR-PRESSO methods, heterogeneity assessed Cochran's Q statistics, IVW, MR-Egger. Insomnia showed significant inverse endometriosis [OR (95% CI) IVW = 1.80 (1.16, 2.80), P 0.009] abnormal menstruation 2.37 (1.34, 4.20), 0.003]. Sensitivity revealed no signs horizontal or heterogeneity. Our findings suggest insomnia is an adverse longer protects against endometriosis.
