This article explores the effect of Russian-Ukrainian conflict on firms operating in Middle East and North African (MENA) countries, focusing how different sectors economy have responded. The empirical methodology utilizes firm-level data from MENA employing fixed-effect instrumental variable estimations to control for potential endogeneity casualties war firm dynamics. results this study reveal that: (1) An increase 1 percent hostility corresponds a 0.13 decrease market cap (2) is more pronounced among highly indebted firms, conducting business solely within domestic market, small scale (3) monetary policy vital mitigating firms.This has two main contributions.
