Background: Epilepsy is a group of disorders characterized by cluster clinical and EEG signs leading to the formation abnormal synchronous excitation neurons in brain. It one most common neurological worldwide; aberrant expression patterns; both at level matrix transcripts regulatory RNA sequences. Aberrant number microRNAs can mark particular epileptic syndrome; which will improve quality differential diagnosis. Materials Methods: In this work; profile six was analyzed: hsa-miR-106b-5p; hsa-miR-134-5p; hsa-miR-122-5p; hsa-miR-132-3p; hsa-miR-155-5p; hsa-miR-206-5p blood plasma patients suffering from temporal lobe epilepsy (n = 52) juvenile myoclonic 42); n-amount participants; comparison with healthy volunteers. The analysis carried out using RT-PCR. Mathematical processing data according Livak method. Results: A statistically significant change hsa-miR-132-3p found. This study intended to explore whether the protective effect safflower yellow injection (SYI) on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) injury in rats mediated of NLRP3 inflammasome signaling. Epilepsy with recurrent seizures is characterized by neuronal damage and glial proliferation induced brain inflammation. Recurrent can lead to changes in the microRNA (miRNA) spectrum, significantly influencing inflammatory response of microglia. MiR-155-5p, as a pro-inflammatory miRNA, increased epileptic brain. However, its specific role acute remains unknown. The study aimed develop new strategy for treating epilepsy investigating how silencing miR-155-5p initiated anticonvulsive mechanism. level was up-regulated hippocampus immature rats kainic acid (KA). use antago-miR-155-5p exerted significant beneficial effects on seizure scores, discharges cognition following KA-induced epilepsy.
