In UAV path-planning research, it is often difficult to achieve optimal performance for conflicting objectives. Therefore, the more promising approach find a balanced solution that mitigates effects of subjective weighting, utilizing multi-objective optimization algorithm address complex planning issues involve multiple machines. Here, we introduce an advanced mathematical model cooperative path among UAVs in urban logistics scenarios, employing non-dominated sorting black-winged kite (NSBKA) this challenge. To evaluate efficacy NSBKA, was benchmarked against other algorithms using Zitzler, Deb, and Thiele (ZDT) test problems, Thiele, Laumanns, Zitzler (DTLZ) functions from conference on evolutionary computation 2009 (CEC2009) three types problems. Comparative analyses statistical results indicate proposed outperforms all 22 functions. verify capability NSBKA addressing multi-UAV problem model, applied solve problem. Simulation experiments five show can obtain reasonable collaborative set UAVs. Moreover, based generally superior terms energy saving, safety, computing efficiency during planning. This affirms effectiveness meta-heuristic dealing with objective cooperation problems further enhances robustness competitiveness NSBKA.

With the advancement of Internet, social media platforms have gradually become powerful in spreading crisis-related content. Identifying informative tweets associated with natural disasters is beneficial for rescue operation. When faced massive text data, choosing pivotal features, reducing calculation expense, and increasing model classification performance a significant challenge. Therefore, this study proposes multi-strategy improved black-winged kite algorithm (MSBKA) feature selection disaster based on wrapper method's principle. Firstly, BKA by utilizing enhanced Circle mapping, integrating hierarchical reverse learning, introducing Nelder-Mead method. Then, MSBKA combined excellent classifier SVM (RBF kernel function) to construct hybrid model. Finally, MSBKA-SVM performs tweet tasks. The empirical analysis data from four shows that proposed has achieved an accuracy 0.8822. Compared GA, PSO, SSA, BKA, increased 4.34%, 2.13%, 2.94%, 6.35%, respectively. This research proves can play supporting role risk.

Advocating for the voices of disabled, particularly through wearable artificial throats, has garnered significant attention recently. Such devices necessitate sensors with stretchability, high sensitivity, and excellent skin conformability. In this study, an intelligent photonic throat been developed. With the rapid advancement of drone technology and growing applications in field engineering, demand for precise efficient path planning complex dynamic environments has become increasingly important. Traditional algorithms struggle with terrain, obstacles, weather changes, often falling into local optima. This study introduces an Improved Crown Porcupine Optimizer (ICPO) planning, which enables drones to better avoid optimize flight paths, reduce energy consumption. Inspired by porcupines' defense mechanisms, a visuo-auditory synergy perspective is adopted, improving early convergence balancing visual auditory defenses. The also employs good point set population initialization strategy enhance diversity eliminates traditional reduction mechanism. To optima later stages, novel periodic retreat inspired defenses introduced position updates. Analysis on IEEE CEC2022 test shows that ICPO almost reaches optimal value, demonstrating robustness stability. In mountainous achieved values 778.1775 954.0118; urban 366.2789 910.1682 ranked first among compared algorithms, proving its effectiveness reliability delivery planning. Looking ahead, will provide greater efficiency safety navigating environments.
