Since its conceptualization in 2008, blockchain technology has advanced rapidly and been applied multiple domains. In higher education, can be to develop ICT systems that revolutionize student accreditation through certificate verification micro-accreditations, which represent skills other learning outcomes, the form of digital/smart badges. While there are studies highlight significance education propose digital systems, few those include evaluation such proposed by real users.
