Generation-Artificial Intelligence (Gen-AI) is widely used in education and has been shown to improve students' mathematical abilities. However, dependency on Gen-AI may negatively impact these abilities should be approached with caution. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) determine the relationship between AI literacy, trust, dependency, 21st-century skills preservice mathematics teachers. research utilizes a self-designed questionnaire 469 teachers as respondents. SPSS AMOS software were for data analysis. The findings reveal that both trust literacy significantly influence teachers' Gen-AI. Furthermore, this among significant negative effect their problem-solving ability, critical thinking, creative collaboration skills, communication self-confidence. provides new information governments, schools, caution exercised when attempting enhance

In the 21st century, variety of instructional media for mathematics has significantly diversified. Generative AI (Gen-AI) is one technology that K-12 teachers can utilize teaching mathematics. However, as a new medium, Gen-AI presents its own set usage challenges. Research into factors influencing teachers' behavior crucial. This study integrates Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Theory Planned Behavior (TPB), incorporating factor awareness to explore determinants in employing instruction. Data from 230 who agreed participate were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) approach. The results indicate attitudes toward Gen-AI, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control (PBC) have direct effect on behavior. was found directly affect usefulness (PU), ease use (PEOU), attitudes, it also an indirect research provides insights enhancing adoption medium by improving with playing pivotal role this enhancement.

Abstract The emergence of artificial intelligence, exemplified by generative chatbots like ChatGPT, has elicited optimism among some educators regarding enhanced teaching and learning methods. Simultaneously, it raised concerns others who perceive these as disruptive to established pedagogical norms developed over centuries. This study investigated analysed pre-service teachers' perceptions integrating ChatGPT into physical sciences at a rural university. A case research design that used qualitative approach was collect, analyse interpret data. methodology employed gain comprehensive insight the viewpoints held science teachers. explored benefits potential challenges incorporating emerging technologies sciences. theoretical framework guided technological, content knowledge. Eleven purposively sampled teachers participated in semi-structured interviews. collected data were using thematic analysis. findings contribute lesson planning, preparation, presentation formative assessment. However, revealed inability answer questions great concern. These shed light on how intelligence can be incorporated learning. provide insights for policymakers, researchers deepen their understanding role education.
