Improving the digital economy and environmental governance efficiency are important methods for current high-quality economic development. Based on panel data of 11 cities in Zhejiang, eastern coast China, fine particulate matter smaller than a 2.5 μm (PM2.5) (PMEE) was measured by undesirable output Slack-Based Measure-Data Envelopment Analysis (SBM-DEA) model.
