Receiving a cancer diagnosis constitutes profoundly distressing and disconcerting experience for patients, often resulting in loss of existential meaning. Consequently, individuals grappling with such diagnoses frequently manifest symptoms anxiety sleep disorders, impeding their adaptation to the challenges posed by illness. In light this, this research paper explores correlation between spiritual health, anxiety, quality among patients. Abstract Background Leukemia patients’ caregivers often face care burden and low quality of life. Continuous virtual counseling can help to management these problems. This study examines effects on the life family for leukemia patients. Method The employed a randomized controlled trial pretest–posttest design with control group, involving 90 patients at Iranian oncology clinics in 2021. Two were randomly assigned as experimental (45 participants) groups participants). Participants recruited using convenience sampling method, adhering pre-defined inclusion criteria. The Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) outbreak has created many concerns in most countries. Nurses are among healthcare workers who largely engaged providing care to COVID-19 patients, which makes nurses prone disease-related worries and stresses. Post-stroke disabilities, particularly in the first days and weeks, may lead to death anxiety increase spiritual needs, so receiving care is important. Therefore, this study investigated impact of programs on stroke patients' anxiety. This randomized controlled trial was conducted 89 patients at Besat Hospital, Hamadan, Iran, between November 2022 May 2023.
