Digital transformation has been regarded as a primary styrategy to promote transitions in diverse fields, but industry pioneers believe that the existing barriers may hamper speed of digital transformation. Hence, this paper presents synthetical decision model integrating weighted Heronian mean aggregation (WHMA) operator, Level-Based Weight Assessment (LBWA) model, CRITIC (criteria importance through intercriteria correlation) method, and Ranking Alternatives Functional mapping criterion sub-intervals into Single Interval (RAFSI) with Fermatean cubic fuzzy sets evaluate implementation energy unknown weights experts criteria. In framework, an extended WHMA operator deviation-based method is established fuse experts' preference information. The LBWA FCF setting are combined derive barriers. Next, these methods incorporated RAFSI analyze A numerical example evaluating power sector displays application model-based method. result reveals a3 "Equipment manufacturer" (0.7063) highest barrier level, a4 "Consumers smart electronic" (0.4391) have lowest level. This research paper presents a comprehensive study on optimizing the critical artificial intelligence (AI) factors influencing cost management in civil engineering projects using multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) approach. The problem addressed revolves around need to effectively manage costs endeavors amidst growing complexity of and increasing integration AI technologies. methodology employed involves utilization three MCDM tools, specifically Delphi, interpretive structural modeling (ISM), Cross-Impact Matrix Multiplication Applied Classification (MICMAC). A total 17 factors, categorized into eight broad groups, were identified analyzed. Through application different techniques, relative importance interrelationships among these determined. key findings reveal role certain such as risk mitigation components, processes. Moreover, hierarchical structure generated through ISM influential via MICMAC provide insights for prioritizing strategic interventions. implications this extend informing decision-makers domain about effective strategies leveraging their practices. By adopting systematic approach, stakeholders can enhance project outcomes while resource allocation mitigating financial risks.

The digital technology transition fosters the flexibility of companies and their ability to respond quickly market changes. However, Small Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) seem be particularly challenged by transformation. Alkire-Foster (AF) method was employed analyze integration profiles in SMEs. Individual group average partial composite indicators were computed, as well measures integration, benchmark individual groups. Additionally, a linear regression used examine how overall scores are influenced dimensions enablers other contextual variables. results indicate that most possess infrastructure necessary for this integration. there is room improvement terms supply demand skills. This study contributes research applying an existing tool, AF method, novel context: measuring facilitates effective benchmarking at both levels.

ABSTRACT Digital platform (DP) enterprises have risen to the top of global economy by inverting traditional business models. They earn money through matchmaking, transaction facilitation, and efficient orchestration other stakeholders' resources. Small‐ medium‐sized (SMEs) play a decisive role in this success story: they offer products services on many leading DPs thereby feed networks as sellers suppliers. On hand, while enable SMEs reach new customers outsource costly managerial tasks, struggle with negative consequences asymmetric power dynamics dependency risks business. This paper analyzes 14 cases that face asymmetry DP value providers, unraveling challenges encountered coping practices employed situation. The findings reveal between dominant creates significant challenges, including exploitative relationships, loss autonomy, surveillance pressures, devaluation SME contributions, cope disintermediation, multi‐homing, individual resistance tactics, striving for more equitable Moreover, three relationality types are identified: being SMEs' “partners,” “tools,” “necessary evil.” article offers perspective boundaries strategies contributes empirical insights advancing field entrepreneurial research.
