digital
transformation
is
recognized
as

critical
driver
of
entrepreneurship,
innovation,

study
aims
to
investigate

factors
influencing
transformation,
focusing
on
their
relevance
in
shaping
strategic
decisions

innovation.

methodological
approach,

an
online
survey,
with
Likert-scale

assessing
multiple
dimensions
maturity
across
companies

ABSTRACT
In
the
rapidly
evolving
landscape
of
small
and
medium‐sized
enterprises
(SMEs),
adopting
digital
accounting
systems
(DASs)
has
emerged
as
a
key
strategy
for
enhancing
operational
efficiency.
This
study
explores
how
success
DASs
influences
marketing
performance,
highlighting
critical
roles
user
satisfaction
organizational
support
(OS)
in
optimizing
outcomes.
A
quantitative
research
approach
was
used;
data
were
collected
from
sample
250
SMEs,
structural
equation
modeling
using
Smart‐PLS
applied
to
analyze
data.
The
results
show
that
successful
implementation
significantly
boosts
performance
effectiveness
(MPE),
serves
crucial
mediator
