Purpose Based on the dynamic capability theory, this study explores impact of digital orientation (DO) sustainable performance and mediating moderating effects organizational agility (OA) capabilities. Design/methodology/approach This is designed as quantitative research, using hierarchical regression method Bootstrap analysis to empirically test survey data collected from 208 Chinese manufacturing companies explore actual relationship between variables in paper. Findings The findings show that DO has a positive influence financial (FP) environmental (EP); OA mediates link performance; (DDC) positively moderated FP, green (GDC) EP. Research limitations/implications research contributes literature corporate sustainability by developing conceptual model orientation-performance. At same time, it highlights bridge firms era. Practical implications offers managers practitioners useful information strategy, showing potential benefits different capabilities achieving growth companies.
